1. About MinihironAssistant
MinihironAssistant is a personal assistant operated for its owner. It monitors selected connected mailboxes, identifies useful information such as confirmed booking details, helps coordinate calendars and workspace tasks, and prepares communications. For support or privacy questions, contact minihacker384@gmail.com.
2. Information the service accesses
Depending on which features the owner authorizes, MinihironAssistant may access:
- Gmail and other connected-mailbox message metadata and message bodies;
- Google Calendar event information, including information needed to check for duplicates and add confirmed appointments;
- Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Contacts information when needed for an owner-requested task;
- information needed to prepare and, only after the owner's approval, send email; and
- account identifiers, OAuth credentials, and connection metadata needed to maintain authorized connections.
A separate Gmail monitoring connection uses the read-only Gmail permission. Other owner-authorized Google Workspace features may use permissions that allow reading or managing Gmail, sending mail, working with Calendar, and reading Drive, Docs, Sheets, or Contacts data. The Google authorization screen shows the permissions requested for a connection.
The mailbox monitor evaluates candidate messages using sender, recipient, subject, and related filters. It may process message-body text inline, currently up to 12,000 characters per candidate message. It does not fetch attachments, open links in messages, or load remote images as part of that monitoring flow.
3. How information is used
Connected data is used to provide assistance requested by the owner. This includes identifying and presenting relevant email details, classifying candidate messages, recording pending items, notifying the owner about selected items, checking calendars, adding confirmed appointments while checking for duplicates, and completing owner-requested Google Workspace tasks.
MinihironAssistant does not send an outgoing email unless the owner explicitly approves that message. MinihironAssistant does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
4. Service providers and disclosure
Candidate message content and metadata may be sent to the configured OpenAI service for automated classification or extraction. Selected alerts and relevant extracted details may be sent through Discord so the owner can review them. Google, connected email providers, hosting and network providers, and these configured AI and messaging services process information as needed to provide their respective functions and under their own terms and privacy practices.
MinihironAssistant may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its owner, or others.
5. Storage, security, and retention
OAuth credentials, connected-account identifiers, connection metadata, and extracted message content may be stored in local application state. Items identified by monitoring can remain pending until the owner acknowledges them; acknowledgement does not automatically delete all related records.
Local application files use operating-system file permissions intended to restrict access to the owner account. This file-permission control is not a claim that stored data is encrypted. Network security depends on the configuration and capabilities of each connected provider and protocol, and the service does not promise end-to-end encryption.
There is no fixed automatic retention period for all stored data. Backups may contain copies, and deletion from backups on a guaranteed schedule has not been established. Data is retained as needed to operate the service or until it is manually deleted, subject to operational, legal, and security needs.
6. User choices, revocation, and deletion
The owner can revoke Google access at any time through the third-party connections page in their Google Account. Revoking access prevents future Google API access through the revoked authorization but does not automatically remove information already stored by MinihironAssistant.
To request deletion of stored information or ask a privacy question, email minihacker384@gmail.com. Requests are handled manually. Because there is no guaranteed automatic backup-deletion schedule, the response will describe what was deleted and any remaining backup, legal, security, or operational limitation that applies.
7. Google API Services User Data Policy
MinihironAssistant's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the service or its data practices change. The effective date above will be revised, and renewed consent or notice will be provided where required before a materially different use begins.
